What’s the big craze about smoothie bowls? Well first of all, they are pretty and who doesn’t love to eat foods that look pretty! Anyway there can be health benefits associated with eating smoothie bowls. In an article posted by BBC they say that you should eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day! If you ask me, that makes them pretty healthy

Of course if you are ordering a smoothie bowl at a juice bar it is important to know what ingredients are in it! Often times they add a sorbet or other things high in sugar which is what makes them so yummy. Just be careful!
